packaging and display for scented home goods
This packaging and display concept is for a high-end brand selling scented home goods. The deliverables include 3 skews of 2 products (candles and room spray) and a display to be used at trade shows and company events.

The goal was to create sophisticated and consistent branding across all designs. The labels were also designed with consideration for all types of interior styles so customers with all different decorating tastes could see the candles adding to the decor of their homes.
Above is the initial moodboard, brainstorm, and type exploration to set up the foundation of the packaging identity
After the type and layouts were chosen for the candles, then the products that were both to be displayed for purchase and in the home were being decided on. The main decisions revolved around colors and what would both look appealing on a shelf and inside a home, also with maintaining legibility on the smaller scale while maintaining the established type system. This part of the process involved many test prints with color and layout changes. The candle box was created after those decisions had been finalized.
Finally, the display of the products designed were made. The display is intended for stand-alone display on a table of a small store or simply for trade shows and company events. The chosen display highlights the flowing shapes and branding on the side, and the front view is given a trapezoidal shape for visual interest but is left relatively simple to let the products stand out.
